I was born and raised in Utah and have been interested in the principles of individual freedom for most of my adult life.
I was fortunate to have the opportunity to live under tyranny and oppression outside of the amazing United States, and learned firsthand the importance of property rights to overall liberty and wealth development and I have been an advocate ever since.

My father was a real estate broker, who encouraged me to get my real estate license by reminding me how passionate I was about real estate and the fact that my adrenaline would begin pumping every time I was involved in a real estate associated discussion.

Finally, I took my father's advice and became licensed in 1986.

I met my incredible wife while going to school at the University of Utah where I earned a degree in Business Management.
I have four children that I love dearly and that I thoroughly enjoy spending time with.

I love Utah and enjoy the four seasons that Utah offers as well as the diverse terrain which provides opportunities for hiking, snow skiing, boating; golfing; four wheeling and water skiing; all of which I participate in.

After receiving my real estate license I was actively involved in real estate as an investor, owned and operated several businesses and worked as a loan officer before discovering my real passion as a Realtor.

I thoroughly enjoy working with people by assisting them in achieving their goals and dreams via property ownership.

I utilize my experience in project and operations management as well as contracts to bring a full spectrum of counsel and service to ultimately negotiate a great deal for and behalf of my clients.
I am definitely passionate about all that I do, some may say overly so.
